I was there for the first time ever yesterday, and I saw basically the same things you did with the following exceptions:
Wood Duck
Double-crested Cormorant
Black-crowned Night-Heron
Ruby-throated Hummingbird
Would you be able to remember where you saw these ones?
I am probably going again tomorrow (but I might join the BPQ outing for the first time), or Sunday. Having this info ahead of time would be helpful. I found that the 2 raised walkways and the northern tip of the island to be the best spots.

The Wood ducks I don't remember where I saw them. Probably flushed at the petit digue. Double-crested cormorants were on lac St-Louis. Black-Crowned Night-Herons, one adult was flying along the path going from the grand digue towards the petit digue. The second immature flushed at the petit digue. The Hummingbird was along the path from the petit digue, returning back to the pavillion.
