Sightings for Saturday November 19th

Chambly, marina de Chambly 1765 ave Bourgogne: A great morning at the Chambly basin, where the hospitailty of observers, even from outside the borders, was honored. There was of course the immature Great Cormorant posing at the end of the federal wharf, Horned Grebe and Greylag goose in the distance.
Fulvous Whistling-Duck
                                        Dendrocygne Fauve

In addition, there was an odd duck that I quickly took as a hybrid mallard-pintail. I think it was Denis Collins and his wife, who had field guides with them, that surprised me with a Fulvous Whistling-Duck, possibly an adult ...Bravo.

- Raymond Belhumeur
