Bird Protection Quebec's Field Trip Report - Saturday May 7th

Bourcherville: Parc De La Frayère / Ducks Unlimited / Canards Illimités Canada Site


This was a lead field trip for the BPQ. A total of 24 people came, and a total of 64 species of birds were observed. There was also a hawk/sp and possible Waxwing heard not included on the list. A total of 8 species of ducks, as well as 4 species of swallows and sparrows. And no doubt a sign that spring is here, after a week of bad weather, a total of 7 species of warblers.
