Sightings for Saturday August 31st

Montréal: This morning at 'île de la Visitation (12 species) of Warbler -Tennessee, Northern parula, Yellow, Manolia, Yellow-rumped, black-throated green , Blackpoll, American redstart, Bay-breasted, black and white, Wilson's. Also Olive-sided flycatcher, and yellow-bellied flycatcher. Till tomorrow morning.

Ce matin, à l'île de la Visitation, (12 espèces) Paruline - obscure, collier, jaune, tête cendrée, croupion jaune, gorge noire, rayée, flamboyante, poitrine baie, noir et blanc, calotte noir. Aussi Moucherolle à côté olive, et ventre jaune A demain matin. - Joël Coutu

Lasalle: Tonight, the Nighthawks were over the Islands of the Lachine Rapids. I counted a total of 34 Common Nighthawks at this spot. A group of 24 and a group of 10.

They seemed to stay put and not be passing through. I scanned often over the islands and I counted about the same 
number of individuals.

Ce soir, les engoulevents au-dessus des Îles des Rapides de Lachine. J'ai compté un total de 34 engoulevents d'Amérique à cet endroit. Un groupe de 24 et un groupe de 10. 

Ils semblaient rester sur place et non pas être de passage. J'ai scanné souvent 
au-dessus des îles et je comptais sensiblement le même nombre d'individus. - Daniel Ouellette
