Granby, Centre de la nature du Lac Boivin: American White Pelican that has been there for several days It is usually seen from the tower and was clearly visible around 13:00. From the tower we could also see a Green Heron, a few Wood Ducks, Gadwall etc. Walking the trails, I made some other interesting observations including those of a Rose-breasted Grosbeak (female), two Wilsons Warblers, a Bay-breasted Warbler, five Blackpoll Warblers, two Yellow-rumped Warblers, a female Common Yellowthroat, Gray Catbirds, fifteen Cedar Waxwings House Finch, etc..
Pélican d'Amérique qui y séjourne depuis quelques jours. Il se voit généralement depuis la tour et était bien visible vers 13h00. De la tour, nous pouvions voir également, entre autres, un Héron vert, quelques Canards branchus, un Canard chipeau, etc. En marchant dans les sentiers, j'ai pu faire d'autres observations intéressantes dont celles d'un Cardinal à poitrine rose (type femelle), de deux Parulines à calotte noire, d'une Paruline à poitrine baie, de cinq Parulines rayées, de deux Parulines à croupion jaune, d'une Paruline masquée femelle, de quelques Moqueurs chats, d'une quinzaine de Jaseurs d'Amérique, d'un Roselin familier, etc. - Michel Bertrand
