Sightings for Monday December 17

Rigaud: 8:30 am, on Chemin St Henri near the corner of Montee st Henri, perched on a power line overlooking a field , a Barred Owl (Chouette rayée). It turned to look at us when we stopped and flew off to the trees. Have heard it calling on occasion at night near home, (who-cooks-for-you). - Jim Forster
