There are still plenty of Snowy Owls (Harfang des neiges) in the St-Clet area. I saw four(probably three young birds and one adult female) close to the road this morning around 8am on Chemin Saint-Julie and points west towards St-Justine-de-Newton. I've been seeing 1-2 most mornings this week. Whether they disperse again with the coming the milder weather is still to be seen.
There were also about 40 Horned Larks (Alouette hausse-col) along the same stretch. They are mostly in small groups of 6-8.- Lance

Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue: Red-bellied Woodpecker (Pic à ventre roux) heard calling at the Morgan Arboretum this morning - Betsy
