Baie du Febvre
An amazing day! Skeins of Snow Geese flying overhead almost incessantly, a multi-thousand aggregation in the flooded fields, many species of waterfowl, 6 species of raptor including fantastic views of Peregrine, the first swallows for many...... More than 40 species of birds were seen in total so the 54 members of Scouts and Guides who came along with their leaders certainly had a lot to look at. Three cheers for the BPQ were given on the bus as it pulled away. Thanks to Stewart Bentley, Mark Brenchley, Barbara MacDuff, David Mulholland and Chris Murphy for their leadership I don't know what happened but the posting took place before I was able to write the list. The list for the day follows
