Laval: While at Bois Papineau I heard a loud racket from the area where the Great horned owl (Grand duc d'Amérique) is nesting and upon closer inspection found a rather upset Red Shouldered Hawk (I think, please correct me if wrong) near the nesting site. The Hawk flew a few faint attacks at the nest and after about 10 minutes disappeared to the West. Took a few pics while watching the show: GHO vs. Hawk - photos - M. Swoboda
