Montreal, Senneville - l'Anse a l'Orme nature park: Long-billed Dowitcher (Bécassin à long bec)
Westmount, Summit Park: many Hermit thrush (Grives solitaires), Swainson’s thrush (Grive à dos olive) Whith-throated sparrows (Bruants à gorge blanche), Warblers – 2 Black-throaed blue, Common yellowthroat, Orange-crowned (Parulines - bleues, masquée, verdâtre) Red-eyed vireo (Viréo aux yeux rouges) - Pierre Bannon

Vaudreuil, chemin de l'Anse: Ruddy Turnstone (Tournepierre à collier), feeding on the shoreline of Chemin de l'Anse opposite Parc Felix Leclerc, just after the first bend in the road as you enter de l'Anse from Exit 35. It spent most of its time between the two creeks foraging through the washed up algae and is possibly a juvenile. No photos but I did take some video footage through my scope which looks a bit like a sighting from Loch Ness. Other birds of interest were a flock of approx 100 Dunlin (Bécasseaux variable), 2 Pectoral Sandpipers (Bécasseaux à poitrine cendrée), 6 Black-bellied Plover (Pluvier argenté), and 4 Semipalmated Sandpiper (bécasseau semi-palmé) at the same site as the Ruddy; a single Dunlin at L 'Anse-a-l'Ormeas well as Pectoral Sandpipers easily out numbering Semipalmated Sandpipers which I didn't expect.

Terrebonne, rivière des Mille Îles: Greater White-fronted Goose (Oie rieuse) visable on the north side of Île Saint-Jean, about 500 feet from the bridge for autoroute 25 - L. Paquette & R. Faucher

Île Charron: At the water treatment pond - 5 Pied-billed grebes (Grèbe à bec bigarré), 2 Ring-necked ducks (Fuligules à collier), 2 Hooded mergansers (Harles couronné), Red-shoulderd hawk (Buse à épaulettes), Merlin émerillon. Solitary sandpiper (Chevalier solitaire) at la baie Molson. Yellow-bellied sapsucker (Pics maculé), 225 juncos, sparrows - 75 White-throated, 65 White-crowned, 9 Fox, 6 Song, Swamp, Tree (Bruants à gorge blanche, couronne blanche, fauve, chanteur, des marais, hudsonien) Warblers – 10 Yellow-rumped, Orange-crowned, Palm parulines (croupion jaune, verdâtre, couronne rousse) 13 Winter wrens (Troglodytes Mignon), kinglets - 5 Golden-crowned, 20 Ruby-crowned (Roitelets à couronne dorée, à couronne rubis), Thrushes 3 Swainson, 32 Hermit (Grives à dos olive, solitaire), 2 Catbirds (Moqueurs chat), Blue-headed vireo (Viréo à tête bleue) - Yves Gauthier
